This workshop will include:
- How to style your platter to make it look like perfection
- Cutting techniques for cheeses and fruits
- Pairing savoury and sweet foods together
- How to correctly pair cheeses, salami, jellies and chutneys
- How to fill all the gaps to make all the finishing touches to your platter masterpiece
