Our Annual Preserving workshop! Do you have excess fruit or veg you would like to make into a preserve, chutney, relish or pickle? Or would you like to know how to make kimchi or kombucha?

Come along to the Te Ahu Kitchen for one of our annual preserving sessions, I'm no expert, but having a commercial kitchen to sterilise jars, and company while we peel and prepare the fruit and veg is a great way to honour our harvest and meet others keen on living sustainably on the whenua!

Let me know what type of produce you will bring along, I will find uses that work for our ingredients and we will make something delish.
