As a wellbeing advocate, Paul Rangiwahia helps break down the stigma around mental health and normalise the ups and downs of life that we all experience. We know that in business it is extremely important that we learn to manage both our professional and personal lives.
Paul will share with us the key fundamentals for his wellbeing plan that anyone else can follow. He believes we need to move from awareness to action when it comes to mental health and wellness. We all need something to guide us to be our best version of ourselves and done in a manner that is authentic to us as individuals.

You will also hear from the founders / kaipakihi of 2518 Ltd: Shelley Radford & Wayne Thompson. 2518 Ltd is based in Taranaki and promotes physical wellbeing and a positive mindset for small business owners to become strong business leaders and create sustainable change to their investment. They offer training and business development programmes to help your business succeed.

This event is free for paid registered members.
For unregistered members there is a charge of $10.00 per ticket. We will be accepting cash payments on the evening or you can email admin@htpkt.maori.nz to request an invoice.

If you are unsure whether you are a registered member please contact Amber at admin@htpkt.maori.nz who will be able to assist you.
