Highland Park Library Diwali Mela

Drop in for a wonderful mix of Indian stories, costume, food and art.
A Diwali treat for the whole family.

11am - 11.45am: Dress up in our traditional Indian costumes & take photos in our photobooth
12pm – 12.30pm: Sit down and hear some Diwali stories
12.45pm – 1.45pm: Draw some Rangoli & have your hand painted with Henna (Menhdi) tattoos.
2.00pm – 3.00pm: Snack on some traditional Indian food & drink including Chai, Idli, onion bhajji and chutneys.
