Historic School Movies From Titirangi Primary

Research West has digitized 26 movies filmed at Titirangi Primary from approximately 1975-1979. These are a special taonga for our area as footage includes scenes of the village and school surrounds, as well as records of school trips. You might see yourself, your old teachers, or even parents who volunteered at the school. Films include the expansion of the school pool, a visit to Rangitoto, a walk through the village in search of a Mother's Day present and much more.
The movies are in two files beginning at 11 - 11.45am, then a second reel from 12.45-1.30pm (giving time for lunch or a chat in-between).
