Here at Health & Sports Fitness Club, we are proud to be one of the only fitness studios offering holiday programmes.
Keep your children entertained and active during the school holidays by signing them up at Health & Sports’ Activity Holiday Programme.
In our holiday programme, which run during every term break, kids ages 5 to 12 can enjoy a holiday full of water fun in our pool, outdoor games and sports, arts & crafts, and of course new friendships.
You don't even need to pack a lunchbox as all food is provided from our friends at Papagaio Health Kitchen.
Every day is different - jam packed with a huge variety of activities to keep everyone entertained!
Just bring togs / towel / goggles and swim camp / water bottle
