Hula Fit Dance Classes | Africa Month 2023

Hula Fit is a dance style created by instructor Tina Bonsu, that mixes Polynesian and Afrobeat dance styles and music, that represents her cultural background (Cook Island Ghanaian). Hula Fit is a high energy dance class that welcomes everyone from any background to participate in exercise and movement in a fun and joyful environment.
In celebration of Africa Month, we're bringing a mini series of classes to the city centre that are free and open to all to attend!
