Join us for a yoga class at the beautiful Orokonui Ecosanctuary to celebrate International Yoga Day, in collaboration with lululemon and Barre Base.
The theme for International Yoga Day for 2023 is humanity, so let's move together in support of Orokonui Ecosanctuary and show some love to our local whenua and its inhabitants. All profits raised go to Orokonui Ecosanctuary.

Orokonui will then open to the public. You are welcome to explore the beautiful walks around the ecosanctuary.

Dr Olivia Harrison will also host a talk on the power of breath and its relationship to our well-being. This workshop will be run in the education room and spaces will be limited due to room size.
About Orokonui
Orokonui Ecosanctuary, Te Korowai o Mihiwaka, is a community-led, not-for-profit conservation project near Dunedin in the lower part of the South Island of Aotearoa/New Zealand. They manage 307 hectares of Coastal Otago forest, which thanks to a 9km predator fence is free of introduced mammalian predators allowing native wildlife to thrive. Pests have been removed, habitat enhanced with weed control and planting, and many rare and endangered species re-introduced.
About Barre Base
Barre Base is a barre, pilates & yoga studio based in the Dunedin CBD. Barre classes combine Pilates, Yoga and body-weight strength training, designed to improve strength, posture and mobility. All are welcome.
