Invisible World | International Microorganism Day

Please join us for the very first celebration of International Microorganism Day in New Zealand!
This special free event at Tūranga Library will include short talks about our incredible microbial world from microbial zombies, and nature's ninjas, to the microbes that like it hot! Come and learn about all the invisible world has to offer! There will be hands-on activities to help you explore the microbes in the human body and in our environment and we will be passing out free FoldScopes, the first origami microscope for keen microbiologists in training to take home.
