Join us at Empire for our youth dance classes, warm and welcoming to all levels, and designed to inspire a love of dance.

We fuse both Jazz Funk and Commercial together so dancer get the best of both worlds using music they LOVE.

Jazz Funk is a fun and energetic dance class. Also called Street Jazz, is an expressive and innovative form of dance that combines hip hop grooves with jazz flair, femininity, and technique. Students learn fast paced, or upbeat combinations of expressive movement - and can sometimes have the more feminine elements of Commercial Dance & Hip Hop.

Commercial Dance is an industry favorite. This hybrid of hip-hop, pop, and street jazz fuses to make commercial choreography that is styled similar to a music video. Commercial uses all, or some of these elements, depending on the groove, or feeling of the song, to create interesting choreography.
