Kahungunu Kaumatua Ball

Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga is proud to host the Kahungunu Kaumatua Ball. This old-fashioned 'dine and dance' ball is for our kaumatua who have been waiting through covid-19 and other challenges to get out and celebrate and socialise with each other again.

Featuring the Hawke's Bay Jazz Club Big Band, Stars in Their Eyes performances, audience participation karaoke, and a three-course meal, this event is five hours of live music, dance, fine dining, and lots of fun.

This event is only for those who consider themselves 'Kaumatua' and those who may need to accompany them as their carer. Carers will need to purchase a ticket as well.

Although there is no age limit, the generally accepted minimum age is 60 years. However, you will not be required to present your ID at the door.

You may wish to purchase a single ticket, multiple tickets as a group, or you can secure a table by bulk purchasing tickets in lots of ten. If you email me once you've booked your multiple of ten I'll allocate the table for you.

Don't forget to add your dietary requirements if you have any.
