Gestural abstract painter Barbara O'Sullivan opens a solo show Friday 31 March, 5pm.

"'Keeping Time', my first solo show since 2014, opens on March 31st and so it's about time. In fact, if I could turn back the clock, I would title this show a matter of time. As one becomes involved in the seventh decade of life, one becomes more focused on time, and using that time well becomes a priority. For me, this means painting, being in my studio, spreading paint on canvas until it's time to leave it alone, and release it into the world."
