This will be a Demonstration class except that you will make some brine pickled vegs to take home. We will cover these items: kombucha, water and milk kefir, sauerkraut, kim-chi and brine pickled vegetables.
Cost: $40 plus $10 for recipe booklet (optional)
Fermented foods are so good for your digestive system and help to alleviate many health issues in your body. Also known as lacto-fermentation more or less anything can be used to make a very tasty ferment. It's up to your imagination really.
Join passionate fermenter Sally Rees to learn the ins and outs of making your own ferments at home. Now is a good time to start eating them as they will increase your immunity greatly preventing colds and flues from taking hold in your body.
