Come along and let’s move together! Let’s Move is a series of five free fitness classes around Pōneke in March and April of 2023.

Have a go at Aquafit at Tawa Pool and experience the many benefits of group exercise. This class is free to attend, all you need to do is register!

Elevate your heart rate in this fast-paced workout that uses water motion and Aqua accessories for resistance.

Aquafit improves overall fitness while limiting the impact on joints. This is a shallow water class suitable for all levels and abilities.

Please wear swimwear, and bring a towel and a water bottle with you.

We will have kai available to share after the class.
