Waiheke Island has long been defined by it's values of peace, protest and love. This event seeks to celebrate our local musicians, poets and activists, who have always been at the forefront of movements fighting to preserve the island's environment and way of life.

The museum will be opening up its doors to host the island’s wonderful poets and musicians to present their works on love, peace and protest. The event will be hosted by folk-singer and historian Sammy Leary, who will be sharing songs and stories of old Aotearoa.

Come and enjoy a range of Waiheke’s hugely talented performers in the unique setting of the Waiheke Musical Museum.

Entry by Koha at the door – all welcome, no need to book.
