Kiwilaw has a stand inside the pavilion - you can make a free will (if you're over 18). Get it signed and witnessed on the spot, for a gold-coin donation to benefit a local assistance dog and his owner.

If you want a more conventional will, you can apply online for our $69 will which has more options and is reviewed by a lawyer before it's finalised.

Find out about our other online services to apply for probate or letters of administration, or to deal with land within a deceased estate. If another lawyer holds your loved one's will, check their estimated fees before you agree to let them prepare the High Court paperwork. You can probably use Kiwilaw and get it done for a great deal less.

Did your loved one own 'general land' that is Māori ancestral land? Have you been told you need a tonne of High Court paperwork and complicated land transmissions and transfers to get the successions done to reach the current generation? There's another option. You can use the Māori Land Court instead - do it yourself and save $$$$. Find out more - come and see us.

If you are recently bereaved, or know someone who is recently bereaved, call in and see what we can offer.
