Mana Moana Ōtepoti

The spectacular and immersive Mana Moana show is returning to Ōtepoti 14 - 16 July 2023.

Launching at Steamer Basin, the harbour will hold its own bespoke programme of short art films, created by collaborations both locally and across the moana. Mātauranga Māori and Pacific filmic artworks are infused with the mauri of the water screen they are projected on. Come and engage in the beauty and the challenge of collective narratives in action.

The show will run on a reoccurring loop, between 5.30pm-8.30pm, allowing multiple opportunities for people to enjoy the spectacle.

To complement the festivities a food night market is planned, alongside hospitality offerings from established eateries in the area.

Departs every half hour between sites from 5.15pm until 8.45pm.
