Manawatū Art Expo is our region’s longest-running arts event, now in its 16th year!
This cash and carry art show is your opportunity to see and buy original artwork, by emerging and established artists from around New Zealand. Artists from as far north as Auckland and as far south as Nelson will be sharing their work at Manawatū Art Expo this year. Some of them will even be available on-site to meet you, answer your questions, and perhaps even inspire you to make your own art!
Among the artists you will meet at Manawatū Art Expo is this year’s guest artist, Dennis Greenwood. Based in Levin, Dennis is a well-known watercolourist whose large-scale landscapes reflect his passion for the great New Zealand outdoors. Dennis will be among the artists running live demos throughout Expo weekend – an opportunity not to miss.
Manawatū Art Expo is a family-friendly event where people of all ages can see, buy, and get inspired by New Zealand art. Entry is just $5, with under 14s free. There’s no reason not to come along!
