More About the Fungi Kingdom

Want to know more about the special plants and fauna living at Ōtari-Wilton’s Bush? The Ōtari-Wilton's Bush Trust's annual programme of Sunday guided walks offers the opportunity to explore with the experts, discover where all these special things live and learn more about them and what’s being done to protect them.

This week's walk is for those who already know the fungi basics. Mycologist Geoff Ridley will go into more detail about the fungi present in Ōtari-Wilton’s Bush on the day.

Easy walking although sensible walking shoes are recommended. Family groups are welcome.
Meet at the Ōtari Visitor Centre, Tāne Whakapiripiri at 2pm.
