About Sara:
Where I come from in Meknes, Morocco, traditionally sharing food is one of the main highlights of any gathering. I’ve been away from home for a while now, Yet I managed to keep and share that tradition with my Kiwi friends.
I grew up in a culture where food is a passion and lots of flavour is guaranteed with each meal. My mom was a wonderful full-time house wife, therefore she enjoyed spending a lot of time in the kitchen. Although she would get quite territorial about her kitchen, I have managed to join her growing up, and ask as many questions as possible. I feel privileged to have had the chance to acquire the knowledge my mom has inherited from her mother.
If you’re craving that authentic Moroccan food, look no more!
Bring your appetite and join me to learn my country's recipes. We’ll share stories and the delicious food!
