Narrow Neck Beach Clean Up

We are once again working with Wakatere Boating Club to provide a beach clean up in conjunction with their Opti Nationals event.
Normal procedure, we will meet at the boat ramp for the buckets, gloves and health and safety briefing.

Never done one of these? No problem, we'll explain the ins and outs of it at 8.30, then we'll grab a group photo and off we go. The gist is we are going to spend a couple of hours on the beach and reserve picking up as much inorganic waste as we can find. This keeps our beaches cleaner and safer, and helps reduce the number of injuries and deaths among our sea creature. Health and Safety information will also be posted in the Facebook event a few days prior.
