A time-worn theatre troupe are in their final rehearsal for the farce "Nothing On", and nothing seems to be going right! Dotty keeps forgetting her sardines, Garry keeps challenging the director, Selsdon is more interested in the whisky, Brooke loses her contact lens and the costume malfunctions are downright shocking!
As we watch this crazy cast move from ridiculous rehearsals to preposterous performances, it becomes woefully clear that there is far more drama going on behind the scenes than there is on the stage. They untangle messy love triangles, dodge catastrophes and wilfully sabotage one another but, as always, the show must go on!
