O'Hagan Home Loan and Insurances Jazz in the Park is a cornerstone event of the Whakatāne Summer Arts Festival. It is a much-anticipated, family-friendly annual event – now in its 25th year.
Arts Whakatānes, O'Hagan Home Loan and Insurances Jazz in the Park aim to bring this summer alive with music, entertainment and food. Three Jazz bands, Local and national, set to play under the sun for 5 hours. Bands Kokomo (BOP), Whakatāne Country Western (local), West Coast Jazz Band (Raglan) and EBOPers Jazz (Local), Steampunk (League of Extraordinary Pyroclasts) will provide entertainment throughout the evening and food trucks, beverages, and market stalls will be set up in the event space.
