We are delighted to host this open day and give everyone the opportunity to visit our Centre, experience the beautiful meditation space, relax, and meet our friendly community.
We will be offering taster meditation sessions to help you connect with your inner peace.
There will be refreshments and snacks, and a shop area with books on meditation, Buddhist practice, and other gifts.
Please drop in, families are welcome.
