season. Join us for an afternoon programme of events that will offer you a deeper understanding of the exhibitions Nova Paul: Ngā Pūrākau Nō Ngā Rākau, Ayesha Green: Folk Nationalism, and George Watson: Beauty Incarnate.

A one afternoon-only screening of They are cruel, a film by artist George Watson (Ngāti Porou, Moriori, Ngāti Mutunga) that connects to her new exhibition Beauty Incarnate. Both film and exhibition explore colonial inheritances through the legacy of Pākehā writer Katherine Mansfield.

Commissioned by Te Uru Waitākere for the exhibition Kōtiro Emepaea, with the support of Creative New Zealand.
