Options 2023 - Otago Pop Up Job Shop Jobs Expo

The Options 2023 Employment Training and Careers Expo brings together local employers, recruitment agencies, training providers and other organisations in one place to recruit, provide advice, support or information to would-be jobseekers or those seeking career direction. In addition to exhibitors, there will be a MEGA-job-board, where the latest jobs to appear on Seek, Trade Me and many other sources are displayed in the various industry sector groupings.
The event takes an ‘any age any stage’ approach and enables:
- job seekers to find new opportunities for employment
- those looking to get back into the workforce to see what's around and look at their next step
- parents and caregivers to gain new information and insights into career opportunities for their dependents
- opportunities for migrants and former refugees
- local employment and training/upskilling to be encouraged, particularly in the growing construction industry
- opportunities for seasonal employment across the Otago region
- networks to be created and/or strengthened.
