You will learn how to produce an effective CV that will give you a better chance of being successful in your search for a job. The second half of the workshop focuses on critical success factors for effective interviewing.

Problem Based Training:
Problem-based training is a learner-centred instructional strategy in which learners collaboratively solve problems and reflect on their experiences. This session will look at ways of how you can apply problem based learning strategies in your organizational training programs to foster more interactive and engaging training approaches.

Instructional design enables you to develop effective instructional strategies that meet the training needs of your organization. This session will acquaint you with the principles of instructional design in developing face to face, blended learning and online learning materials for training programs carried out within your organization.
