Pick Your Own Lavender

Pick your own pink, white or purple 'English' lavender - It's that wonderful time of the year again to view the purple haze against the Tararuas and pick your own Lavender at Lavender Abbey in Carterton.
Bring a picnic and enjoy our slice of Provence with family and friends. This summertime 'must do', is to experience the beauty and breathe in the calming Lavender aroma at Lavender Abbey. Wash away 2023 and plan for 2024 in the most calming place in town. Spend a few hours relaxing at the farm and visit our onsite shop 'The Big Box of Lavender'. Awarded the winners of the 'Best lavender oil in NZ 'Grosso & Violet Intrigue' 2023.

Note: Only the 'English' lavender will be ready to pick at this time, available will be pink, white & purple colours.

Drive on access, plenty of parking, wheelchair access
Entry $5 per person, $5 PYO lavender bunch.
Eftpos available.
Dogs are welcome on a lead.
