One month block of classes beginning Tuesday 05 September.
Come together in a small personal group with other mums to strengthen and tone and learn functional movements for lifting and carrying to help decrease aches and niggles.
Bring your bubba! No need to find carers so you can come to class, you are more than welcome to bring baby.
Only 4 spaces available. Classes are twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-2pm for 1 month. 8 classes in total.
Cost $300, which includes your own prop package to keep for use in class and at home
