Raglan's Performing Arts School, Raglan Theatre Academy present their end of year Production 'The Lightning Thief'. Our stage play is inspired by the first book in the series of Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
This epic fantasy adventure mixes Greek Mythology with the modern world.
Synopsis - Percy Jackson doesn’t fit in at school. Once it is discovered he has special powers, he is sent to Camp Half-Blood, a summer camp for demi-gods. It is there he learns he is the child of a Greek god and must face the most important quest of his life. With the help of a satyr and a daughter of Athena, Percy must journey across the country to find the thief who has stolen Zeus’s lightning bolt, claim his innocence and save his Mum. As the mystery unfolds, he faces a whole host of Greek mythological creatures determined to stop him from completing his quest.
