Welcome to Regiena’s Spiritual Workshops

Working with energy is life-changing and always comes with surprises, as the universe is unpredictable.

During each 90-minute Workshop, we will have a 45-minute session where we travel safely and smoothly inward, guided by the angels. I will share specific tools, knowledge, and techniques during the trip through our subconscious mind.

Every event is individual and depends on the energy present on the day. You can expect inspiration, motivation, healing, and exercises to easily practice at home. There will be time for the body to process and share what it has experienced.
