Introducing Palmy’s first and only food + spirits festival! ¡Salud! will showcase boutique distilleries, breweries and beverage producers from across the Manawatū + across NZ. We’ll have:
- On-site bars run by boutique distilleries, breweries and wineries
- Bottles of your favourites available to order
- Gourmet pantry with artisan food, goods + accessories
- Food truck dining
- Epic live entertainment
- Lounging areas and cocktail-style furniture for a relaxed, yet upmarket day out.
Your ticket includes festival entry, reusable festival cup, access to all vendors, the Gourmet Pantry, food trucks and live music.
