Reservoir Dogs offset its uber-violence with the smooth 70's grooves of Hooked on a Feeling and Stuck in the Middle with You. Two years later, the surf guitar of Dick Dale's Misirlou kick-started Pulp Fiction's playlist of sweet rockin' soul with Dusty Springfield, Urge Overkill, Chuck Berry and more.
