Sparkle Together and Strong Mums Strength classes
I offer safe and effective exercise options for mums in the Karori area and surrounding suburbs.
I'm a MumSafe™️ Trainer with pregnancy an postpartum personal training and coaching qualifications.
I can adjust exercises to suit you and still help you get the most out of your workouts.
I offer two styles of classes. All running out of St Ninian's Church, Karori.
- Sparkle Together: a 30min express HIIT style class, Wed and Fri mornings, 6:15am
- Strong Mums Running Strength Class: a 45min strength based evening class for those interested in gaining strength and confidence for running.
