Immerse yourself in a range of mixed reality sports, multisensory experiences and learn about the science of the human body, how it works, and what it needs to be happy and healthy.
Activities include:
Multi-Ball - an interactive digital sports wall that measures movement using precision sensors and motion tracking.
Footsteps - activities based on a combination of technology, games, traditional sports and science. (Saturday only).
Athletics New Zealand - Get Set Go activities for younger kids.
Paralympics New Zealand and Disability Sport Auckland - equipment developed for Para sport.
We'll be joined by experts in exercise science and physiology, test your reaction speed with Blaze Pods, plus there's a whole stack of other physical challenges and inclusive sports activities for you to discover.
Need a time out? Relax and enjoy live entertainment and fuel up at one of the food trucks.
No matter your fitness ability or accessibility level, this weekend is all about having a go and checking out the latest and greatest in all things sports and tech.
