Join Naturopath & Medical Herbalist, Elle Hendriks, for a foraging workshop and a foraged wild food picnic.
We will meet in Wellington CBD and start our day with a guided walk through the bush where you’ll learn about the medicinal plants growing around you, and how to safely identify and harvest them. You will learn about traditional uses and therapeutic qualities of the plants, and be provided with practical applications of how to use the plants in your daily life, as food and medicine.
We’ll finish our walk by sharing a picnic together, enjoying an array of delicious and nutrient-dense foraged wild foods
Spaces are limited, price is $80.
(Please note: Moderate level of fitness is required as we will be walking through hilly terrain. The picnic will cater for gluten-free and vegan diets).
