Tai Chi Demonstration & Class by Maria Zhang

Award winning champion Maria Zhang will be giving a demonstration and taking a Tai Chi Class to celebrate World of Cultures.

Maria is a Member of the New Zealand Tai Chi and Martial Arts Society. She is the 2022 New Zealand National Kung Fu Wushu Competition Tai Chi Quan & Sword Champion. A 2021 New Zealand Ironman Finisher. The 2020 New Zealand National Kung Fu Wushu Competition Tai Chi Sword Champion. The 2019 17th Hong Kong Wushu International Championship Gold Medallist. The 2018 New Zealand National Kung Fu Wushu Competition Tai Chi Sword Champion.

Maria will lead us through some Tai Chi moves. No experience necessary. Everyone welcome. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes.
