Taupo Community Art Fundraiser

The Taupo art community is really excited to be holding a special fundraiser to support their fellow artists in the Hawkes Bay. Although this is a distant memory for many of us, those affected by Cyclone Gabrielle are still trying to rebuild their lives.

We have been in touch with the arts community in the Hawkes Bay who have told us that their Waiohiki Art Village has been severely damaged in the event, and that any money that could be donated would go towards rebuilding this important facility.

This Easter weekend 7th to 10th April 2023 10am until 3pm, come down to Active Arts 5 Redoubt Street, Taupo to view a beautiful array of artwork - 50% of all sales made over this weekend will be donated to this special cause.

Come and enjoy a beautiful variety of art created by local talent. An array of ceramics, abstract, landscape and mixed media paintings - something for everyone.
