"The Foundation of All Good Qualities" is a classic stages of the path (lamrim) work composed by Lama Tsongkhapa. This brief prayer summarises the entire path to enlightenment in 14 verses using clear and simple language. It is often memorised and recited on a daily basis by practitioners of our lineage. Our spiritual director Za Choeje Rinpoche will provide a commentary on how we can apply these teachings and follow the path to enlightenment in our daily lives.
