The ultimate Leadership Programme for new and aspiring Leaders

Summary

Today's organisations need men and women who can lead with courage and conviction through challenging times and toward worthy, positive change. Each session of this live online program will explore the tools, behaviours, insights, and self-awareness of iconic leaders, how they used these assets toward powerful ends, and how they brought those they led along in pursuit of their respective missions. The participants will leave the program with an array of actionable learning outcomes, including the development of their own personal leadership plan.

Who should attend
This programme is designed for new leaders (0-18 months leadership experience) or individuals who have been Identified as having high potential as future leaders. All sessions to be held via Zoom

Programme format:
The Discovering The Leader Within programme consists of ten individual coaching/training sessions to be held at dates & times to suit the participants.

The participants will benefit from a powerful learning experience carefully designed with a virtual setting in mind. Each participant will be partnered with a Leadership expert who will customise the content to address the challenges of the industry & environment they are working within. Outside of the structured sessions the participants will have access to engage directly with our renowned institute to learn from their latest research, gain actionable takeaways, and facilitate their growth.
