The Auckland Big Band

The Auckland Big Band is a community group working to bring more music and playing opportunities to Auckland. Brought together by a love of music, the only requirement to join is enthusiasm. We are a 20 piece big band with a big sound and we perform a wide variety of tunes across jazz, Latin, Swing and funk. There's something for everyone!

We are putting on our own concert at the New Lynn RSA where there is a bar, a dance floor and table seating. Come and spend a Sunday afternoon relaxing with a drink or dancing your socks off while enjoying a massive live band!
