The Barden Party - Romeo and Juliet

Get ready for an injection of joy into your summer. Imagine the classic love story of Romeo and Juliet with a twist, being played out on the magical lawn at Willowbrook Park in Hamilton! Award-winning theatre company, The Barden Party is bringing their usual fun-loving spin to R&J and filling = Shakespeare’s most famous play with their general hilarious, heartfelt antics. Set as modern-bohemian romance put to Kiwi and Australian music you love, and that you’ve never heard before… You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll dance the night away.

This is an outdoor event happening on the lawn at Willowbrook Park. Bring what you need to be comfortable, including a picnic blanket or a chair.

Lawn open 6:00pm - Food and Drink will be purchasable at the venue.
Show time 6:30pm- 9:00pm (2 x 1 hour segments with an interval)
