That's when I decided to combine the best of my techniques into one simple step by step process to get me and my clients unstuck WITH EASE!

The BS Shift is the first step in moving forward. Just like the onion, there may be multiple layers to unearth. My job is to guide you to see the real reason you're stuck which is hidden underneath. Shifting vibrational energy is an inside job, so when you operate ‘outside’ the self eg: worrying what other will think - it takes away your power.

Hi, I’m Fiona, life coach, author, course creator and facilitator, life-long seeker and deliverer in the field of quantum change and 20 years ago became one of the first trained life coaches in New Zealand. After overcoming massive obstacles in my own life, I knew my calling was to share transformation - the easier way, with others.

Coming full circle back to coaching after a long break following a marriage breakup, I set about using my 20 years of experience as a coach combining a number of tools to create a unique formula I call The BS Shift - which gets underneath the lies you’ve believed were true. The good news is, I realised that the ‘story’ is NEVER the real reason we’re stuck, the BS that masks the hidden reason we’re stuck. That's why I developed The BS Shift, a method which first and foremost got me unstuck, then I started trialling it with clients and I ran a course at a local womens centre, everyone loved it!

SO WHAT IS THE BS SHIFT?
The word ‘shift’ explains it well, it's an acronym for:
S - identify the STORY that’s been holding you back
H - dig underneath to find out the HIDDEN obstacle that’s the real reason you’re stuck
I - INTERRUPT the unhelpful pattern which you’ve been rehearsing in your life
F - State the FACTS contained within your lie. Leave your story behind and just focus on the actual facts which are present in the story you’ve been telling yourself
T - Work with light energy to step into the TRUTH of who you really are. From the lie to the facts, your truth is uncovered and waiting to shine.
