The Great Long $3 Book Fair (this year over 22 days) features around 250 boxes of books, both fiction and non-fiction. Most books are $3 however we do have a purple table which is more expensive. We also feature large print, romance and science fiction.
DVDs are $2. CDs and small paperbacks in the foyer are $1 each and 10 for $5. You may have a combination of books and CDs.
Children’s fiction and non-fiction are, as usual, 2 for $1.
More stock is being added daily so you may wish to visit several times over our 21 day book fair (Sunday 17th to Sunday 7th January).
The Tirau War Memorial Hall is located on the main road through Tirau (SH1) in the middle of the town, just before the road rises as you head south.
So please call in and collect some books for your journey or for the bach.
This is my last book fair as I am moving to Levin and setting up “Tui’s Second Hand Bookshop”.
Sorry, no EFTPOS. We take cash and payment via your mobile phone banking app.
