The Spirit of ANZAC

Jeremy Woodside presents a magical programme showcasing the works which reflect the importance of ANZAC day. Anzac Day promotes a sense of unity. People whose politics, beliefs and aspirations are widely different can share a genuine sorrow at the loss of so many lives in war, and a real respect for those who have endured warfare on behalf of the country we live in. The programme includes works by William Byrd, J.S Bach, Vernon Griffiths, and features the joyous Kiwi Fireworks by Paul Spicer.
