Tūhura Otago Museum is proud to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week 2023!
With the help of many brave men, Dr Sarah McKenzie from the University of Otago's Department of Psychological Medicine uses the power of photography to discuss emotional and personal experiences related to mental stress.
Using photos and stories, those involved convey what living with depression and anxiety has been like for them, and what has helped or hindered their mental health journeys.
