~ About TED-Style Talks ~
We are a group that likes to share thoughts, experiences, and passions. As a result, we all learn from and inspire each other. The process should also improve the understanding of the "other side" and hence reduce polarisation.

~ Speaker Intros ~
Atom Em spent half of his youth in the science section of the library, and has since spent 30+ years following the data and living a lifestyle that maximises personal health and minimises environmental impact. Among his passions are advocating, educating, and inspiring others to minimise our impact on the environment through simple daily choices.

Ben Cain is a Senior Security Consultant at Quantum Security. He is interested in cyber-security communication, red-teaming, and building cyber-security tools. Outside interests are languages, travel and politics.

Q Walker (they/them) is a freelance UX Researcher and Strategist who has never quite let go of their visual design roots. They are recently retired from their stint as Experience Lead at PaperKite here in Wellington, where they led a cross-disciplinary team of researchers, designers, and marketers. Q is also a musician, actor, public speaker, horror movie aficionado, tightwire walker, and enthusiastic gardener, and has been described as a walking exclamation point.
