'Twitch' is an independent short film produced in Hawke's Bay by local filmmakers and artists.
It's a fiction about an emerging artist who strives to gain recognition in an upcoming Art Deco exhibition while secretly battling to tame his rogue left hand that keeps painting masterpieces.
