Urbanaut Club Night - Baby Zionov, Mokotron, Samuel Harmony

Urbanaut Brewing Co is turning six years old and to celebrate we are bringing together three of Tāmaki Makaurau’s finest purveyors of electronic beats, jams and vibes for a whirlwind party at Morningside’s very own Big Fan venue!
Mokotron is a Tāmaki-based Māori producer from Ngāti Hine, who spreads seismic waves of low frequency Indigenous electronic music. Breakbeats, deep bass, puoro, karakia and mōteatea are utilised to create their dark, trauma driven tracks.
Baby Zionov is the musical project of Aaliyah Zionov (she/her), a musician and songwriter currently based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Baby Zionov's music takes influence from 90s happy hardcore, 70s space disco, and vintage 16-bit video game soundtracks. She lays her playfully sensual vocals delicately throughout the mix.
DJ Sam Harmony is a DJ who leans toward the gently euphoric. Part of Friendly Potential and a host on bFM, his musical taste is a varied kaleidoscope with a deep appreciation for all music and a love of dance floors as spaces for ecstatic communion.
Urbanaut Brewing Co will be releasing a *new beer* on the night, a distinctly delicious drop bringing together traditional techniques and new world hops for the best of both worlds.
