The most sustainable piece of clothing is the one you already own (and that shows its wear, proudly).
Come and learn different techniques of visible mending with Cher so you can keep wearing your favourite garment and save it from going to landfill.

What to bring: Hand sewing needles, suggested threads: cotton, mending wool, sashiko/ embroidery threads, clothes to mend, assorted scraps of fabric. Don’t worry we will provide extra threads and fabrics if you don't have any in your craft stash.

Maximum number of participants: 10
Minimum age: 15
Registration is essential. Please email to confirm: denisa.kolo@islandwastecollective.co.nz
